Shipping Policy

While I can ship internationally, because of the nature of my work, not all of my items are able to ship outside of the USA. Should you have any questions about shipping please email and ask.

PROCESSING TIME (Prior to shipment) Can take up to one week after payment is received. E-checks take 3-5 days to clear.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLOSURE: TheButterflyBabe is not responsible for any importing fees that may or may not be applied at arrival. Fees vary depending on the policies of customs in your specific country. I cannot calculate or determine if there will be any extra charges that they may apply. Please be aware of this before deciding to purchase internationally. You can inquire at your local post office for more details about possible additional charges.

NOTE: The Butterfly Babe is NOT responsible for postal shock that may cause minor damage to the specimens (i.e. antenna or legs that may break off). Shipments are insured, should your order break during shipment, as long as the buyer assists with the claim and returns the damaged piece, the item will be fully refunded or you can be exchange your damaged order for a new item.
 

Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES are ONLY accepted within 3 business d ays of receiving your order. Full refunds are only accepted if you receive a damaged item and return the item. Should you receive your item and decide you change your mind and simply want to return it there is a 10% Fee or you may exchange the item. Shipping cost is NOT refunded.

  • There is a 10% charge for cancelled orders

Before The Butterfly Babe exchanges your order or issues a refund you MUST RETURN the product. Once the original product is returned a full refund, EXCLUDING SHIPPING, will be issued or the exchange will be shipped out immediately.
