HOW LONG WILL THE BUGS LAST?
Each specimen can potentially last forever, if treated with care. Like all fine artwork, some care is required to maintain quality. A care card is included with all display and jewelry orders.

  • Avoid direct sunlighy

  • Avoid extreme humidity

  • Avoid extreme temperatures

HOW ARE THE INSECT DISPLAYS MADE?
After obtaining each insect specimen from a Sanctuary or breeder they are "softened" by injecting it with a hot liquid solution, making it pliable. Its wings are carefully opened and spread onto a "mounting board" and pinned into their desired position while drying. After the insect has fully dried it is secured and mounted into its display. Each display is sealed to prevent insect infestation, which might otherwise crawl inside the display to eat the dried specimen, turning it into dust.

WHERE DO I GET MY INSECTS?
Every specimen is aqcuired from a Sanctuary or breeder after passing away, having lived its life promoting ecological awareness and education about the importance of these creatures to our world.
